Currently in construction, Restful Homes Group’s new care home on the former site of the Tillington Hall Hotel will become a purpose-built care home designed to support people living with dementia, those in need of nursing care, and individuals with functional mental health needs and complex behaviours.
The landscape design includes vegetable gardens, sensory planting, and circular walking routes, carefully considered to suit residents with dementia and intertwined into the fabric of the existing mature treed grounds. Safe, welcoming spaces to rest and enjoy the outdoors are woven throughout the site to encourage connection with nature and support daily routines.
Construction began in July 2024, with the first residents due to move in by Autumn 2025.
