With Biodiversity Net Gain mandatory in November 2023, along with Schedule 3 of the Flood and Water Management Act in 2024, involving our skilled landscape architects at the earliest stages of a project alongside ecologists and SuDS consultants can provide a combined landscape framework to inform a development layout that will set up your site for a greater chance of planning success.
